Freeport McMoRan (FCX) is a leading international mining company with headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. FCX operates large, long-lived, geographically diverse assets with significant proven and probable reserves of copper, gold and molybdenum.  In operation since 1976, its Henderson Mine and Mill draws molybdenum from beneath the Colorado Rockies about 50 miles west of Denver.

Freeport McMoRan has established a General Services Agreement with Precision Industrial to tap Precision's capacity to provide prompt and efficient maintenance and repair assistance on an as needed basis.  Major construction contracts have also been awarded which included  fabrication and erection of large scale ore handling systems.
