Precision Industrial Contractors, Inc., under sub-contract for Beck Residential, installed handrail on each of the two towers' balconies.  An attractive tempered safety glass and stainless steel safety rail system completed the balconies and rooftop pool area. 

The assembly and installation of all balcony handrails, including setting posts, grouting, and glass installation was preformed by Precision Industrial.  The installation, engineering and safety solutions for the safest method of installation was also provided.

Precision Industrial was awarded the above contract based on cost, schedule, experience with similar handrail projects, and an exemplary rigging, hoisting and safety record.

Working on open balconies fourteen stories off the ground required extreme safety measures.  All employees were 100% equipped with harnesses and lanyards tied off to fall protection during all activities.  The project was executed with zero loss time or accidents.
